Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please contact customerservice@visaliavapes.com or call 559-740-7858 for replacements, exchanges or refunds.. All sales are final on nic-salt disposables. Our customers may test their nic-salt disposable on pickup or delivery and receive a replacement, exchange or refund if the device is defective. After the disposable device leaves our site there will be no replacements, refunds or exchanges. All Products that have been opened or used are non-refundable. Sub Hohm and Nic-Salt mods have a two week in shop warranty in the case of a defective unit. We Highly recommend registering all product warranties with the manufacturer. The receipt for the purchase in question must be presented. No exceptions.
