This site is intended for legal aged audiences only. If you are not at least 21 years of age within the United States, you are not authorized to use this website.

Visalia Vapes Inc makes no claims to the health benefit of switching to vaping as a cigarettes' cessation product.

Typographical errors

In the event that visaliavapes.com makes a typographical error on product prices, we reserve the right to refund the product in question.

Visalia Vapes Inc operates in compliance with the PACT act.

 Battery Warning 

When using and handling lithium-ion and Lithium-ion Polymer products there is always a chance of explosion if the product has been mishandled or misused. It's our customers responsibility to research how to safely handle and use lithium-ion, Lithium-ion Polymer products and any rechargeable cells in charging, discharging, assembly, storing as well as under any circumstances. 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please contact customerservice@visaliavapes.com or call 559-740-7858 for replacements, exchanges or refunds.. All sales are final on nic-salt disposables. Our customers may test their nic-salt disposable on pickup or delivery and receive a replacement, exchange or refund if the device is defective. After the disposable device leaves our site there will be no replacements, refunds or exchanges. All Products that have been opened or used are non-refundable. Sub Hohm and Nic-Salt mods have a two week in shop warranty in the case of a defective unit. We Highly recommend registering all product warranties with the manufacturer. The receipt for the purchase in question must be presented. No exceptions.

Visaliavapes.com is a local delivery service with our own local Couriers. The Supported delivery zones are limited to Visalia, Tulare, Hanford, and Lemoore. Delivery fees will vary depending on your delivery zone.

Pickup Option

Same day In-store pickup is available at checkout.

Payment Options

We only accept credit or debit card payments for online orders. Our delivery drivers will not carry cash on hand to reduce risk of theft.

Age verification

Age verification and Signature will be required on all orders at the time of pickup or delivery. Identification must match with the name on the purchasers credit or debit card. Under no circumstances will we leave a package on a doorstep. In the event where the purchaser is a minor the order will not be refunded. We do not tolerate underage sales.

Delivery Hours

Our delivery service will run between 12:00PM and 8:00PM everyday except Sunday. Estimated time of delivery will vary depending on your location. It's our utmost priority to get your package delivered as fast as possible. If you would like to specify a delivery time please include a time frame in the "special instructions" box at checkout.

 Order cut off time

         The daily cutoff time for same day delivery will be at 7:30PM. Customers who place orders after 7:30PM will be contacted the following day to schedule a new delivery time. We are required by law to contact the purchaser by phone prior to delivery to confirm the purchase.

Legal Compliance notice   

       In accordance to state law, under no circumstance will we deliver a package to a mail box, P.O. Box, or State/Federally owned and operated facilities. The purchaser must be present upon delivery with a valid I.D to receive their order. 

Re-delivery   

       In the event that the purchaser is absent at the designated delivery address our driver will wait no more then 10 minutes before leaving. If the purchaser fails to appear  the purchaser will be contacted the following day and be given the option to schedule and pay for a re-delivery fee or choose to pick up their package at our Shop's physical location. The delivery fee is not subject to a refund.
